I am excited about the upcoming 2015 race season at Buffalo Raceway.  I look forward to meeting and speaking with each and every one of you.  I am open to new ideas and suggestions that will help generate more excitement for the horsemen, fans, and betting public.

The first condition sheet is on the web site.  Purses in many classes have been increased from 2014 levels. It is my hope to write competitive races for the horse population available to us, and to get as many horses possible to race in a given week.  As you may be aware, the race schedule is three days per week from January through May.  At 13 races per night, it should result in ample opportunities for all horses that fit the classes.  In addition, this autumn we added some 6000 tons of material to the base of the track, re-banking the turns and producing a true and level track that blends into the straights.  It is our hope that horses drawing the outside post positions will have a much better chance to compete.  Take a look at the changes in the Niatross Knockout Series, and the exciting opportunity for low claimers to win a big paycheck.

I expect to be in the clubhouse on most Saturday nights and in the race office and paddock daily.  I hope that you will introduce yourself to me and discuss the business at hand.  It will be my pleasure to help make your experience at Buffalo Raceway more enjoyable, and hopefully more profitable.
