HAMBURG, N.Y. --- Life is just 'perfect' right now for Perfect Rendition at Buffalo Raceway as he kept his record unblemished there with an easy 1-3/4 length win in the featured $10,000 Open trot in 2:01.1 over the sloppy track on Friday night (Feb. 17).

It was the fourth consecutive victory in as many tries for Perfect Rendition at Buffalo Raceway in 2017.

Perfect Rendition now a perfect 4-for-4 at Buffalo.

Beginning from the five spot, the front-end speed ball Perfect Rendition (Larry Stalbaum) had little resistance in grabbing the lead and was able to post fractions of 30.2, 1:01.2 and 1:31.4.

Mesmerized (Shawn Gray) was in great first over position past the three-quarter marker but couldn't narrow the gap at all as Perfect Rendition ($7.10) managed to trot away with the comfortable victory. Trotting R T (Kevin Cummings) took the show position.

The 11-year-old gelded Perfect Rendition (Perfectly-Ella Go Go) is owned by Stalbaum and trained by Kimberly Asher. The win moved his earnings in 2017 to $18,200 and $295,035 lifetime.

Driver John Cummings Jr. had four wins on the evening while Shawn Gray had two victories.

JD Perrin had three training wins while Gerry Sarama doubled.

Racing will continue on Saturday night with a 12-race program scheduled for 6 p.m
